Speculation
One of Breya's investors may be an Uuplechan (assuming it survived the plasma blast, otherwise it may have been one) 2007-07-23 , possibly linking the Uuplechan to both Andreyasn IIE and Tagon's Toughs. A cat-eyed AI avatar that may have been from Uuplech appeared on May 5, 2002 (central between the Nejjat and the Uklakk avatars).
