Toby is the manager on shift at the TacoBufa on the Peroxide concourse at Elltooine habitat. He wears the orange Tacobufa uniform, and is visibly overweight.

Toby is the manager when Schlock has a very temporary job at Tacobufa while trying to earn enough credits to get his luggage out of customs. Schlock is fired inside half an hour, after telling a customer that the cheese being used in his Chupaqueaso is six weeks past the sell by date. [1]
