Speculation

We have learned that Haban 3122 was implanted into Doyt Gyo in a secret government lab, using stolen exosolar technology [[[@http://www.schlockmercenary.com/2002-11-17%7C2002-11-17]]], so most likely the same circumstances resulted in Haban 1653's implantation into Lex Caalister.
