Description
Genetic variation of sapient elephants.
Still in the first-generation, Neophants are smaller, stronger, and have hands they can curl into fist-feet. Previous generations of sapient elephants resent them, and they still don't fit in well with humans [[[@http://www.schlockmercenary.com/2008-04-19%7C2008-04-19]]].
