Description[edit]
At some point prior to the start of the Schlock Mercenary story, human scientists "improved" gorilla gorilla into gorilla gorilla sapiens. They wear pants (grudgingly at times), but some gorilla customs (such as grooming as a bonding ritual) have been left in the gorilla genome by the Uplift Congress.
